SWAN Systems are delighted to announce the appointment of board members Seana Day and Nic Pannekeet.

SWAN Systems continues to build its global business and is very excited to announce the appointment of Seana Day as Chairperson. Seana joins with another recently appointed board member Nic Pannekeet from PureTerra Ventures, based out of the Netherlands. They collectively bring an enormous depth of expertise and network to SWAN’s growing international profile.

Seana is based in California and has nearly 20 years of experience across the corporate finance, investment and advisory worlds in the US and Europe. More recently, Seana moved back to Turlock in the Central Valley to focus her energies on the AgTech sector, which combines her passions for entrepreneurial spirit, technology and farming. Seana has various roles across the food and ag sectors, including advisory, venture capital and community foundation work.

Nic Pannekeet also brings an array of skills across business development, corporate strategy and venture capital. PureTerra, of which Nic is the principal partner, has a clear focus on investing in technologies that are driving change in how we better manage our precious natural resources.
